Agility in tight areas
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players agility, moving through tight areas. The drill begins with the coach passing or throwing the ball to the player, who plays back first time. The player then moves across the agility ladders sideways, ensuring they pump their arms and stay light on their feet. As the player moves out of the ladder, the cone then passes or throws the ball to the player again who plays back first time, before moving backwards towards the agility hurdles. The player looks to step over the hurdles using the same technique as the ladders to move across and then repeat. Each set should last between 30 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.
