SAQ, Dribbling, Passing Circuit

Description

In this session we are focusing on a circuit based around SAQ, Dribbling and Passing. The drill begins with the player moving through the agility ladder, pumping their arms and keeping their heels off the ground. The player the picks up a ball and dribbles through the poles/cones using both feet and the inside/outside of the foot. The player the leaves the ball and moves towards the coach, where they play first time passes and move into space, ensuring all passes are executed well and are accurate to keep the tempo high. Once completed, the player returns to the start before repeating. Depending on the players age, each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps, and should be completed at least three times.

Make it stand out.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
