Double diamond: Sprint, turn sharply and accelerate
Description
In this session we are focusing on sprinting, turning sharply and accelerating. The drill begins with the player moving to the outside cone, round and then down to the next cone. The player then moves round and sprints up before moving back to the start cone to repeat the opposite way. The player should slow down when turning and stay low to turn quickly and then push off to accelerate. The drills should be completed at least three times.
