Acceleration and travelling with and without the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on acceleration and travelling with and without the ball. The drill begins with the player dribbling the ball to the cone ahead. The player then stops the ball and moves to the ladder to move through ensuring they pump their arms and keep their heels off the ground. The player then moves around the cone and sprints up to retrieve the ball and dribble. The player then moves back through the ladder and dribbles the ball back to the start to finish. The drill should be completed at least three times.
