Sprinting, turning and dribbling with the ball H drill


Description

In this session we are focusing on sprinting, turning and dribbling with the ball. The drill begins with the player sprinting to the furthest cone ahead, before turning and moving to the middle cone to retrieve the ball. The player then dribbles across with the ball, maintaining control at all times. The player then leaves the ball and repeats the sequence. The player should slow down when they approach a cone to turn sharply. The drill should be completed at least 3 times.
