Conditioning drill: Sprinting with and without the ball
Description
In this practice we are focusing on a conditioning drill: sprinting with and without the ball. The drill begins with the player dribbling to the cone ahead. Once the player reaches the cone they stop the ball and then sprint to the next cone and then back to retrieve the ball. The player then repeats the process until they take the ball back to the start cone. The drill will test the players speed and aerobic endurance. The drill should be completed at least three times.
