Fast feet and reacting to retrieve the ball and dribble


Description

In this session we are focusing on fast feet and reacting to retrieve the ball and dribble. The drill begins with the player moving through the agility ladder ensuring that they pump their arms and stay light on their feet. The player then moves up to receive and set the ball back on both sides of the cone. The coach then plays the ball into space for the player to react to accelerate to retrieve the ball and then dribble into space. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
