Jump, land and react to accelerate into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on jumping, land and react to accelerate into space. The drill begins with the player jumping over the hurdle and then once they the land the coach will shout ‘left or right’ with the player then reacting to accelerate to that cone. Once the player has gone round the final cone they retrieve a ball and drive back to the start point. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
