Speed and agility through sprinting, jogging and dribbling


Description

In this session we are focusing on speed and agility through sprinting, jogging and dribbling. The drill begins with the player sprinting to the middle cone and then jogging back to the start cone. The player then sprints up and retrieves the ball to dribble across and then repeat. When dribbling the player should stay in control and keep the ball close to the body. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least three times.
