Speed and Coordination: Dribbling, sprinting and changing direction quickly
Description
In this session we are focusing on our speed and Coordination: dribbling, sprinting and changing direction quickly. The drill begins with the player dribbling to one of the four outside cones and then back to the middle. The player then leaves the ball and sprints to one of the cones and back to the middle. The player needs to retain close control of the ball when turning and use both feet. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
