Sprinting, turning and accelerating with/without the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on sprinting, turning and accelerating with/without the ball. The drill begins with the player sprinting round the first triangle without the ball, turning sharply by slowing down and retaining a low body shape. The player then retrieves the ball and then dribbles round the next triangle showcasing the same qualities whilst maintaining control of the ball. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps with 20 - 30 seconds rest in between.
