Explosiveness and acceleration with/without the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on explosiveness and acceleration with and without the ball. The drill begins with players moving to the outside cone and back through the middle. Players then power through the hurdles/cones with one foot in each with the knees pumping to gain more power to explode out. The players then retrieve the ball and dribble across to the other side before sprinting down to finish. The drill should be completed between 4 - 8 times.
