Transition to travel quickly when sprinting and backpedaling

Description

In this session we are focusing on transitioning to travel quickly when sprinting and backpedaling. The drill begins with the player sprinting to the highest cone before transitioning to back pedal to an outside cone. The player then transitions to sprint again, this time to sprint across to the opposite side to then back pedal back to the start and repeat. The player should decelerate when approaching a cone and retain a low body shape to turn and transition. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least three times.
