Speed, agility and coordination to turn in small spaces


Description

In this session we are focusing on speed, agility and coordination to turn in small spaces. The drill begins with the player sprinting across the square and back to down to sprint across again. Once the player has completed the first square, they then accelerate across to the next square to repeat but with the ball. The player should slow down and stay close to the cone/pole when turning and retain a low body shape. The drill should be completed at least 3 - 5 times.
