Speed, agility and explosiveness to sprint and drive with the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on speed, agility and explosiveness to sprint and drive with the ball. The drill begins with the player sprinting across to retrieve the ball. The player then dribbles to and around the cone ahead and back round the start cone before driving across to the opposite side. The player then sprints across to repeat. The player should ensure that they maintain control of the ball whilst dribbling and turning to enable themselves to then explode out into space. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
