Acceleration and sharp footwork to burst out into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on acceleration and sharp footwork to burst out into space. The drill begins with the player sprinting to the wide cone to move round the cone and then accelerate into space to repeat. The player should slow down when they approach the cone and move the fete quickly and close together to move round the cone sharply. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
