Acceleration and transition to travel in different directions


Description

In this session we are focusing on acceleration and transition to travel in different directions. The drill begins with the player dribbling to one of the cones with the ball. The player then leaves the ball and accelerates to another cone and back to retrieve the ball and repeat. The player should retain control of the ball using both feet and keeping it close to the body. Eat set should last between 30 - 60 seconds and should be completed at least three times.
