Agility & Quick Feet
Description
In this session we are focusing on our players agility and footwork. The drills begins with the player moving across and back through the first gap in the ladder. When the player moves across and out, they should only place their left foot (in the first sequence) outside of the ladders, to retain balance and enable themselves to move back across swiftly. Once the player comes back across out, the coach plays the ball in for a first time pass back, either on/off the floor. The player then moves upto the next gap and repeats. After completing the full set, the player moves to the opposite side to repeat the sequence. This drill should be completed at least three times.
