Agility and sharp footwork to react with bursts of acceleration
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and sharp footwork to react with bursts of acceleration. The drill begins with the player accelerating to the ladder. The player then moves through the ladder and then once they reach the mid point they look to react to accelerate round the cones either side of the ladder and then back. The player then moves through the remainder of the ladder and then round the cone to repeat. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
