Sharp footwork, shuffle out and transition to sprint


Description

In this session we are focusing on sharp footwork, shuffle out and transition to sprint. The drill begins with the player moving across and back through the agility ladder. The player then shuffles out to the far cone before transitioning to sprint to the opposite side. The player should ensure that they remain light on their feet and keep the heels off the ground when moving through the ladder. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
