Three phase speed drill: agility, power and dribbling
Description
In this session we are focusing on a three phase speed drill: agility, power and dribbling. The drill begins with the player powering over the cones with just one foot placed in each gap to build their stride. The player then uses that power to accelerate to retrieve a ball before dribbling through the cones and leaving the ball on the opposite side. The player then moves back to the cones to move forward and back through the cones staying light on their feet throughout. The player then repeats the dribble before moving through the cones a final time this time by shuffling through. The drill should be completed at least three times.
