Agility, sharp footwork and acceleration into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility, sharp footwork and acceleration into space. The drill begins with the player moving across the ladder showing quick feet and pumping the arms. The player then steps forward and back through the cones to then explode out in space. The player should stay light on their feet and ensure the heels stay off the ground. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
