Jumping and reacting to explode out into space


Description

In this session we are focusing on jumping and reacting to explode out into space. The drill begins with the players jumping over the hurdles using power built up in the knees and not landing too heavy on the feet by staying on their toes. When the coach shouts a number of a cone the players look to react to explode out and sprint to that side. Each set should consist of 2 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
