Sprinting and shuffling swiftly to attack the space
Description
In this session we are focusing on sprinting and shuffling swiftly to attack the space. The drill begins with the player sprinting out to the outside cone. The player then moves round the front and back of the cone to then sprint out to the opposite side to repeat. The player should stay light on their feet when shuffling to sprint across quickly. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
