Agility and power to build momentum to retrieve and finish


Description

In this session we are focusing on agility and power to build momentum to retrieve and finish. The drill begins with the player moving across the agility ladder showing quick feet and making sure they pump their arms/knees. The player then moves out to jump over the hurdle staying light on their feet and building power in there knees. The player then uses the momentum to accelerate out to the cone and across to the other side to retrieve the ball and finish. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at leas two times each side.
