Speed to explode into space partner reaction drill
Description
In this session we are focusing on speed to explode into space partner reaction drill. The drill begins with the players shuffling around the cone/hoop. On the coaches instruction of ‘go’ the players look to react to sprint past one of the four lines. The player who crosses the line first should get a point. The players should stay light on their feet when shuffling so they can react quickly to sprint. Each set should consist of 3 - 6 reps.
