Agility and quick feet to play the ball and move
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quick feet to play the ball and move. The drill begins with the coach rolling/throwing the ball into the players feet for them to set back and move across the ladder. The coach then throws the ball in again for the player to set back and then travel quickly around the ladder to repeat. The player moves one gap back on the ladder each time they move round. The player should stay light on their feet and pump the arms when travelling across the ladder. Each set should consist of 1 - 2 reps per side and should be completed at least three times.
