Reacting to drop the shoulder and take the ball away
Description
In this session we are focusing on reacting to drop the shoulder and take the ball away. The drill begins with the player dribbling to the cone ahead with the coach then shouting a colour/number of a cone for the player to react to drop the shoulder and take the ball away. The player then dribbles back towards the middle before the coach shouts another colour/number. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
