Transitional movements to change direction and accelerate

Description

In this session we are focusing on transitional movements to change direction and accelerate. The drill begins with the player sprinting to the middle cone before turning to accelerate to the outside cone. Once the player reaches the outside cone they transition to backpedal back and around the middle cone and out to the other side to then repeat. The player should decelerate before turning/transitioning. The drill should be completed at least three times both with and without the ball.
