Agility and quick feet to explode out and drive with the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on agility and quick feet to explode out and drive with the ball. The drill begins with the player moving through the agility ladder staying light on their feet and ensuring they don’t drag the heels. The player then looks to retrieve the ball and dribble to one of the free cones. The player then moves back to the ladder to repeat. Each set consists of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
