ABC’s to change direction sharply with the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on ABC’s to change direction sharply with the ball. The drill begins with the player dribbling through the cones. Once the player dribbles round the outside cone they look to move down and then dribble back up through the cones. The player looks to use both feet to dribble through and maintain control of the ball. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
