Speed, agility and ball manipulation to drive into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on speed, agility and ball manipulation to drive into space. The drill begins with the player dribbling to one of the four corners. Once the player has turned a corner they look to dribble around the middle cone and back inside the square to repeat. When turning the player should slow down and should use both feet to stay in control of the ball. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
