Quick feet and explosiveness to accelerate with the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on quick feet and explosiveness to accelerate with the ball. The drill begins with the player stepping over the hurdles until the coach instructs them to step out were they then receive the ball the dribble to the highest cone and back to the deepest cone before passing to the coach. The player then moves out to receive the ball, open out and play into the goal. Each set should consist of 3 - 5 reps and should be completed at least three times.
