Interval work focusing on gaining full speed from a jog
Description
In this session we are focusing on interval work focusing on gaining full speed from a slow jog. The drill begins with the player jogging to the cone in front. Once the player turns round the cone they look to sprint into space before turning to jog again. When the player turns the last corner they look to slow down to a jog until they get to the middle cone to then sprint one last time back to the start. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
