Conditioning with and without the ball through intense movement
Description
In this session we are focusing on conditioning with and without the ball through intense movement. The drill begins with the player dribbling to the first cone to stop the ball and turn to sprint round the wide cone before retrieving the next ball to dribble to the next cone. The drill continues until the player has travelled to each cone. The player should ensure that they maintain control of the ball when travelling at speed. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least three times.
