Explode through the hurdles to drive with the ball
Description
In this session we are focusing on exploding through the hurdles to drive with the ball. The drill begins with the player sprinting through the hurdles, placing one foot between each hurdle to take longer and more powerful strides. The player then looks to retrieve the ball and dribble around the cones, maintaining control with lots of touches. Once the player completes the dribbling figure they then sprint back through the hurdles. The drill should be completed at least 3 - 5 times.
