Agility and quick feet to retrieve the ball and attack space
Description
In this session we are focusing on agility and quick feet to retrieve the ball and attack space. The drill begins with the player travelling across the ladder. Once the player moves out of the ladder they look to move quickly around the two cones before retrieving the ball and attacking space. The player should stay light on their feet and pump the arms/knees when moving through the ladder. When dribbling they should maintain control at all times and slow down to turn quickly. Each set should consist of 2 - 4 reps and should be completed at least three times.
