Changing direction and movement quickly to step and drop
Description
In this session we are focusing on changing direction and movement quickly to step and drop. The drill begins with the player sprinting out to the highest middle cone. The player then looks to transition to back pedal to the right side before stepping back up. The player then back pedals again to drop back to the middle before repeating on the opposite side and back to the start. The player should adapt their body shape and always stay light on their feet to change direction quickly. The drill should be completed between 3 - 5 times.
