Accelerate out and brake to transition and back pedal
Description
In this session we are focusing on accelerating out and braking to transition and back pedal. The drill begins with the player accelerating out to the highest cone before then braking quickly. The player then looks to transition to back pedal and then shuffle through the gate. The player should stay light on their feet and be aware of their surroundings. Each set should consist of 2 - 3 reps and should be completed at least three times.
