Dribbling, maintain control and reacting to sprint into space
Description
In this session we are focusing on dribbling, maintain control and reacting to sprint into space. The drill begins with the player dribbling around one of the four white cones and back to the middle, the player then reacts to sprint to the blue cone which the cone will instruct them to move towards. The player has to react quickly to then explode into space. The player should maintain control of the ball and slow down when turning. Each set should consist of 4 - 6 reps and should be completed at least three times.
