Reacting to show sharp footwork and coordination to control

Description

In this session we are focusing on reacting to show sharp footwork and coordination to control. The drill begins with the coaching shouting 1, 2 or 3 which means how many times the player moves in and out of the ladder before the coach throws the ball for the player to control and play back. The player then moves to the next gap to repeat. The player should always stay light on their feet and drag the heels when moving through the hurdles. Each set should consist of 2 reps back and forth and should be completed at least three times.
