Build stamina by accelerating into space with/without the ball


Description

In this session we are focusing on building stamina by accelerating into space with and without the ball. The drill begins with the player accelerating towards the ball. Once the player retrieves the ball they look to dribble towards and around the middle cone before dribbling the ball to the opposite side. The player then leaves the ball to sprint down and back to repeat. The player should maintain control of the ball by using both feet and slowing down to move round the cone. The player should rest for 30 seconds between each rep.
