Agility & Passing


Description

In this session we are focusing on our ABC’s (Agility, Balance, Coordination), Control and Passing. The drill begins the player starting in the middle of two hurdles. They step over to the right, back to the middle, out to the left and back into the middle before bursting out to one of the poles/cones. When stepping over the hurdles, the player should always make the first movement with the outside foot to retain balance. Once the player burst out and created space, the coach will pass to the player, who then takes a touch across the body and passes back. They then do the same on the opposite side before repeating the sequence. Each set should contain between 3-5 reps.
