Set Up & Equipment

  • Players in the middle need to be on the move to create space

  • Change players over after a set time

  • Yellow team change over after winning the ball a set amount of times

Set Up:

Depth: 30 yards

Width: 30 yards

Middle area: 15 x 15 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)
