• Players in the zones can change over

• Players cannot stand in the end zone they have to move in to receive

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards total

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat Markers if possible)

• Poles (Alternative to small goals)
