Pressing to cut out the forward pass and force mistakes




Set Up & Equipment

  • Attacking team can play into the small goals at any time

  • Change over the players pressing after 2-3 reps

  • Reiterate the players have to move and press as a unit

Set Up:

Depth: 30+ yards

Width: 30+ yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
