Set Up & Equipment

  • When the team in possession makes more than 5 passes another defender enters the area

  • Pressing team look to screen the ball into the middle players to then press the ball and stop the player from playing back out

  • In possession team receive a point if they play into the middle and the ball comes back out

  • Teams change over after a set time

Set Up:

Depth: 45 yards total

Goal line to Central area: 20 yards

Central area: 25 yards

Width: 25 yards

Wide zones: 5 x 5 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat Markers if possible)
