Set Up & Equipment

  • Reds have to get the ball into the zone to score

  • Blues don’t need to press until the ball comes into the main zone or if a defender steps in

  • Blues look to counter quickly once they win the ball

Set Up:

Depth: 40+ yards

Width: 35 - 40 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
