• Teams changes over after the defenders win all three balls

• Another defender enters the box when a ball is won or every 5 passes

• Possession team receive a point every 5 passes

Set Up:

Depth: 25 yards

Width. 25 yards

Equipment:

• Balls

• Bibs

• Cones (Flat markers if possible)
