Set Up & Equipment

  • Attacking team receive a point each time they play into one of the players in a box

  • Players can change over

  • Pressing team work to close gaps and force mistakes

Set Up:

Depth: 40 yards

Width: 30 yards

Equipment:

  • Balls

  • Bibs

  • Cones (Flat markers if possible)

  • Poles (Alternative to small sided goals)
